Explanation
Under Annex III of the General Vehicle Regulations (RGV), light quadricycles with bodywork covering the driver have an interior mirror and a left exterior mirror. Without bodywork, a left exterior mirror is enough. In both cases the right exterior mirror is optional, unless the interior mirror does not give visibility.
