Correct answer

  • ALa velocidad que no se adapta a las condiciones del tráfico, de la vía o del conductor.A speed that is not adapted to the traffic, road or driver conditions.
Explanation

When we drive at a speed that is not adapted to the weather, or to the road, traffic or vehicle conditions, or to the driver's condition, we are driving at an unsuitable speed. Our speed may be within the limits allowed for the road but, if a problem arises, we may find it very hard to control the vehicle. For example, there are usually more accidents on rainy days because many drivers drive at the same speed as on a sunny day, that is, at a speed that is allowed but unsuitable in the rain.
