Correct answer

  • BCalzada de vías urbanas, respetando la ordenanza municipalThe carriageway of roads in built-up areas, following the local by-law
Explanation

Under Article 38.4 of the General Traffic Regulations (as worded by RD 518/2026), PMVs may not be ridden on motorways (autopistas), dual carriageways (autovías) or travesías (stretches of road through a town), nor on roads outside built-up areas or in urban tunnels, except on cycle paths, cycle lanes and similar. They may not be ridden on pavements either (Article 152.1); on roads in built-up areas, the local authority decides where they may be ridden (Article 155.1).
