Correct answer
- BCirculamos a la velocidad mínima permitida en este tipo de vías.You are travelling at the minimum speed allowed on this type of road.
According to Article 49.1 of the General Traffic Regulations, on motorways (autopistas) and dual carriageways (autovías) you must not drive at less than 60 km/h without a good reason. Travelling at 60 km/h means you are at the minimum speed allowed, not at an abnormally low speed.
