The Traffic Regulations say that it is completely prohibited to make a U-turn in underpasses, tunnels or on marked pedestrian crossings and near them. We also cannot make a U-turn when oncoming vehicles and their speed do not let us do it safely, or on motorways (autopistas) and dual carriageways (autovías) unless a sign allows it.
