Correct answer
- ASí, con la señal de emergencia y el dispositivo de preseñalización de peligro.Yes, with the hazard warning lights and the hazard warning device.
Any obstacle on the road must be signalled with the hazard warning device and the hazard warning lights, and a broken-down vehicle counts as an obstacle. The V-16 hazard warning device is an approved amber-yellow light with geolocation. It runs on its own power supply (batteries). It must be placed on the highest point of the broken-down vehicle, to make it as visible as possible. Today the V-16 is the only legal way to signal a broken-down vehicle or an obstacle on the road. Warning triangles are no longer used.
