Explanation
It is not advisable: the two-wheeled vehicle may be hidden in the blind spot, and any sideways movement could cause a collision. In addition, under Article 36.2 of the General Traffic Regulations (as worded by RD 518/2026), of the vehicles that must use the hard shoulder only bicycles may ride two abreast; mopeds may not.
