Explanation
Under Article 15 of the General Traffic Regulations, on goods vehicles more than 5 metres long, a load of indivisible length, such as beams or pipes, may stick out 2 metres at the front and 3 at the rear. On those 5 metres long or less, it may stick out by one third of the length at each end.
