To signal that we are going to stop, we must use the indicator on the side where we are going to bring the vehicle to a halt. The hazard warning lights are used to signal and warn of the danger temporarily posed by a vehicle affected by a breakdown, an accident, a fallen load or any other emergency, on urban and interurban roads, by day and by night, whether the vehicle is stationary or moving, but not to signal stopping or parking.
