Correct answer

When we see a driver trying to join the traffic, we must make the manoeuvre easier for them as far as possible, especially if it is a bus trying to pull out of a marked stop. In built-up areas, to help public passenger transport vehicles pulling out of marked stops, drivers of other vehicles must: - move sideways when possible, - reduce their speed, as long as they can do so without risk, without braking sharply and signalling correctly, and - stop, if necessary, so that they can join the traffic. Making the manoeuvre easier does not mean we have to stop to let the other vehicle go; we can adjust our speed or change lane to help it join.
