A traffic light consisting of a lit white bar on a round black background applies only to trams and scheduled buses, unless there is a lane reserved for buses, or for buses, taxis and other vehicles, in which case it refers only to those travelling in it. When the white bar is horizontal, it prohibits going through in the same way as a steady red light.
