Correct answer

  • BSí, para avisar de su presencia a los demás usuarios.Yes, to warn other road users that it is there.
Explanation

If, because of especially serious circumstances, the driver of a non-priority vehicle is forced, with no other option, to carry out a service normally reserved for priority vehicles, they must make sure other road users notice the special situation. To do this they sound the horn intermittently and switch on the hazard warning lights, if the vehicle has them, or wave a handkerchief or similar. In all cases they must obey the traffic rules, especially at junctions.
