Correct answer
- Bprohíbe el paso a autobuses de líneas regulares y tranvías.prohibits regular-service buses and trams from going.
Explanation
Traffic lights with a white bar on a black background apply to regular-service buses and trams: a horizontal bar is equivalent to a red light and prohibits them from going; a vertical bar allows them to go straight on.
