Correct answer
- AQue no sea capaz de controlar su vehículo ante una situación de emergencia. They may be unable to control their vehicle in an emergency.
When we drive at a speed that is not adapted to the weather or to the circumstances of the road, the traffic, the vehicle or the driver's condition, we are driving at an inappropriate speed. Our speed may be within the limits allowed for the road, but in a difficult situation we may find it very hard to control the vehicle. For example, there are usually more crashes on rainy days because many drivers drive at the same speed as on a sunny day; that is, they drive at a speed that is allowed but inappropriate for rainy days.
