Correct answer
- BSí.Yes.
In Spain, you must use lights in weather conditions that greatly reduce visibility, such as heavy rain. This is set out in Article 106 of the General Traffic Regulations, which says drivers must switch on their lights when visibility is poor, for safety on the road. Driving without lights in these conditions is a serious offence. So the correct answer is that you must use some lights when driving in heavy rain.
