Correct answer
- ACon la luz de emergencia si la tiene. With the hazard warning lights, if it has them.
Under Article 130.4 of the General Traffic Regulations, if a breakdown immobilises the vehicle and it obstructs the carriageway, you must switch on the hazard warning lights if the vehicle has them. Motorcycles are not required to carry the V-16 flashing warning beacon, which is required for cars and vans, and warning triangles are no longer valid for marking a vehicle.
