All drivers of vehicles, during the two years after obtaining their first driving licence or permit, are prohibited from driving with alcohol levels above 0.15 milligrams per litre of exhaled air or 0.30 grams per litre of blood. After those 2 years, the general level applies: 0.25 milligrams per litre of exhaled air or 0.50 grams per litre of blood.
