Correct answer

Every vehicle driving on urban roads and roads outside built-up areas between sunset and sunrise must have its sidelights on. When the vehicle is moving, sidelights must always be on together with dipped headlights, main beam or the front fog lights. Sidelights are for showing that we are there, not for seeing, so to drive they must be used together with some other light.
