While driving, even when we are stopped because of the traffic, it is prohibited to use mobile phones and any other means or system of communication, except when the call takes place without using our hands and without using earphones or similar devices. The prohibition does not cover certified or approved wireless devices for use in the protective helmets of motorcycle and moped riders, for communication or navigation, as long as they do not affect driving safety.
