Under Article 12.3 of the General Traffic Regulations, motorcycles, three-wheeled vehicles and mopeds may tow a trailer that does not exceed 50% of their unladen mass, as long as they travel in daylight and with good visibility, at a speed 10% lower than the general limit and without carrying people in the trailer.
