Lanes opened in the opposite direction to keep traffic flowing may only be used by motorcycles and cars without a trailer. When the lane has been opened because of roadworks, all vehicles may use it, unless there is an express ban. Users of these lanes must have at least the dipped headlights on, both by day and by night, drive at no more than 80 km/h and no less than 60 km/h, or lower if set or signposted, and must not move sideways into the lane or lanes for the normal direction of traffic, not even to overtake.
