According to Article 97.3 of the General Traffic Regulations (RGC), if you are brought to a standstill by an emergency in a tunnel or underpass, you must call for help without delay from the nearest SOS post, if there is one. The vehicle is stopped next to the right-hand edge, and the occupants leave it and go to the shelter or exit.
