Correct answer

  • ADentro del habitáculo del vehículo para poder ponérnoslo antes de salir de él.Inside the passenger compartment, so that you can put it on before getting out.
Explanation

When the driver gets out of the vehicle on a road outside a built-up area and is on the carriageway or hard shoulder, they must wear the approved reflective vest. So the vest must be kept inside the passenger compartment.
