Correct answer
- AEl vehículo que toma la curva a su derecha, será el primero en sustituir el alumbrado de carretera por el de cruce. The vehicle taking the bend to its right will be the first to switch from main beam to dipped headlights.
Both vehicles must switch from main beam to dipped headlights so as not to dazzle each other. However, the vehicle taking the bend to the right must do it first, because, due to the shape of the bend, its headlight beam reaches the oncoming vehicle sooner. Switching lights at the right time, depending on each vehicle's position, avoids dazzling and makes passing safer.
