Correct answer

On an urban road, stopping at a junction is permitted provided that it does not obstruct traffic or make it difficult for other vehicles to turn. On interurban roads, however, the restriction is stricter, because as well as possible obstruction, the lack of visibility and the greater risk created by stopping in a crossing area are also taken into account. In both cases, the main idea is to avoid dangerous situations or risky manoeuvres at junctions.
