Si debido a la carga que transporta en su vehículo no ve bien por el espejo retrovisor interior, ¿debe llevar instalado el espejo exterior derecho?
If, because of the load in your vehicle, you cannot see well in the interior rear-view mirror, must you have the right-hand exterior mirror fitted?

Yes. When the load prevents you from seeing in the interior mirror, the right-hand exterior mirror becomes compulsory, as well as the left-hand one (Annex III of the General Vehicle Regulations). The left-hand one alone is not enough, because you would lose sight of the right-hand side.
