Correct answer
- CNo, sólo lo llevará durante la noche o en condiciones que disminuyan la visibilidad. No, they only wear it at night or in conditions that reduce visibility.
Pedestrians walking on roads outside built-up areas between sunset and sunrise, or in conditions that reduce visibility, must carry a luminous or retroreflective item visible from at least 150 m. Groups of pedestrians must also carry the lights needed to show their position and size: white or yellow facing forwards and red facing backwards. When walking during the day or on urban roads, they do not need a reflective vest.
