At a narrowing with no priority signs there is a car towing a trailer and a bus, and it is not clear which entered first. Which one has right of way?

When it is not clear who entered first, the order in Article 62 of the General Traffic Regulations decides: cars towing trailers of up to 750 kg (letter d) and vehicle combinations (letter b) come before vehicles for public passenger transport (letter e), so the bus gives way.
