Correct answer
- BRespetando el resto de señales si las hay y si no existen aplicando la normal general de prioridad en intersecciones.Obey any other signs there are and, if there are none, apply the general rule of priority at junctions.
Explanation
A flashing amber traffic light requires drivers to take extra care and, where appropriate, to give way. It does not exempt them from obeying other signs that require them to stop.
