Using mobile phones or any other means or system of communication while driving is prohibited, except when the call takes place without using your hands and without using a headset, earphones or similar devices. When stopped (at traffic lights, in queues, etc.) we cannot use the mobile phone either, because we are still part of the traffic flow.
