Correct answer
- BPor la calzada si no perturbamos gravemente la circulación, abandonando la autopista en la salida más próxima. On the carriageway if we are not seriously disrupting traffic, leaving the motorway at the nearest exit.
Drivers of vehicles with a maximum authorised mass (MAM) of no more than 3,500 kg who, for emergency reasons, drive at an abnormally low speed and so seriously disrupt traffic must drive on the hard shoulder on their right, if it is usable and wide enough. If it is not, they must use only the part of the carriageway that is strictly necessary. When we do not seriously disrupt traffic, we must drive in the right-hand lane. We warn other road users of this situation with our vehicle's hazard warning lights. When these drivers are on a motorway (autopista) or dual carriageway (autovía), they must leave it at the first exit.
