According to Spain's General Traffic Regulations, specifically Article 106, the rear fog light is only allowed in especially bad weather or environmental conditions, such as dense fog or very heavy rain. In rain that is not heavy, using it is not justified, so the correct answer is ‘No’. Using fog lights in the wrong conditions can confuse other drivers and create dangerous situations. So it is considered an offence.
