Correct answer
- CUna separación lateral suficiente para que el cruce pueda realizarse con seguridad y sin peligro.A sideways gap large enough for them to pass each other safely and without danger.
Motorcycles must ride on the right of the carriageway, as close as possible to its right-hand edge, keeping a sideways gap large enough to pass oncoming vehicles safely, especially on bends and on the brow of a hill with limited visibility. The 1.5 metres is the sideways gap they must leave when overtaking any vehicle outside built-up areas.
