May a lorry with a maximum authorised mass of less than 3,500 kg use a lane opened for traffic in the opposite direction to the usual one?

Under Article 41 of the General Traffic Regulations, lanes opened for traffic in the opposite direction to the usual one are only for motorcycles and cars. But if they are opened because of roadworks on the carriageway, all vehicles allowed on that road may use them, unless this is expressly prohibited.
