Explanation
Under Article 130 of the General Traffic Regulations, after an accident you warn other traffic with the hazard warning lights and the V-16 hazard warning device, move any vehicles that are blocking the carriageway off it if possible, and fill in the joint accident report form in a safe place off the road.
