Under Article 64.2 of the General Traffic Regulations, cyclists have right of way when they are riding on a properly signed cycle lane, cycle crossing or hard shoulder; when a vehicle is turning and there is a cyclist nearby; and, when riding in a group, if the first rider has already started crossing. Not only at cycle crossings, and not whenever they ride in a group.
