Explanation
Under Article 130.4 of the General Traffic Regulations, every driver must use the regulation hazard warning device. Since 1 January 2026 only the V-16 warning light is valid. It is amber and is placed on the highest possible part of the immobilised vehicle to ensure maximum visibility (Annex XI of the General Vehicle Regulations).
