Remember that a vehicle joining the traffic does not normally have right of way, for example when starting to drive, pulling out of a parking space, joining another road, etc. For this reason, the driver must always make sure they can do so without danger to other road users. We must also signal the manoeuvre with the vehicle's lights (indicators) or, if that is not possible, with the arm.
