Correct answer

  • CCuando no pongan en peligro a otros usuarios. When it does not endanger other road users.
Explanation

Making a U-turn is prohibited in any situation that prevents you from checking that you will not endanger or obstruct other road users, even if there is no specific sign, for example on bends and brows of hills with reduced visibility, or in fog or heavy rain. U-turns are also prohibited: at level crossings (but not near them); in tunnels, underpasses and on stretches of road covered by the 'Tunnel' sign; on motorways (autopistas) and dual carriageways (autovías), except at places provided for it; on one-way carriageways and stretches of road; and on all stretches of road where overtaking is prohibited, unless the U-turn is expressly authorised.
