Correct answer
- CNo.No.
Children whose height is 1.35 m or less must sit in the rear seats of the vehicle, always using an approved child restraint system suited to their height and weight. There are three exceptions in which children below that height may travel in the front seat: 1. When the vehicle has no rear seats. 2. When all the rear seats are already taken by children who meet the same conditions, so that it is not possible to fit all the child seats needed at that moment. 3. When it is not possible to fit child restraint systems in those seats. When children are taller than 1.35 m, they may sit in the front seat using the adult seat belt.
