Signal V-2 must be switched on independently of the other lights and must work both by day and at night when driving on public roads. This light shows the position of a vehicle that is providing a service or doing an activity or work, whether stopped, parked or moving at no more than 40 km/h. It is also used by vehicles under special transport arrangements, pilot or escort vehicles and military convoys. If the V-2 light breaks down, they must use the dipped headlights together with the hazard warning lights.
