When a vehicle wants to join the traffic after stopping or parking, it must move at a speed that lets it stop immediately to give way to approaching road users. Other vehicles must make it easier for it to join as far as possible, but this does not mean they lose their priority. Indicators do not give priority either; they only warn other road users of our intentions.
