Correct answer
- ALas luces de emergencia. The hazard warning lights.
Under Article 70 of the General Traffic Regulations (RGC), a driver forced to carry out an emergency service in a vehicle that is not a priority vehicle must make themselves noticed by sounding the horn intermittently and using the hazard warning lights, or by waving a handkerchief. They have no priority: they must obey the traffic rules, especially at junctions.
