Explanation
Article 102 of the General Traffic Regulations requires you to switch from main beam to dipped headlights as soon as it may dazzle other road users, both those coming towards you and those driving in front of you. Having the dipped headlights or sidelights on at the same time does not prevent its use (Article 100).
