Explanation
On motorways (autopistas) and dual carriageways (autovías), motor cars towing a trailer have a general limit of 90 km/h, whatever the mass of the trailer (Article 48.1.a of the General Traffic Regulations (RGC)). Since 2019 there is no longer an 80 km/h limit for trailers of more than 750 kg.
