Correct answer
- ANo, ni en los arcenes ni en la calzadaNo, neither on the hard shoulders nor on the carriageway
The answer is a clear no. According to the General Traffic Regulations, it is forbidden to throw, put down or leave on the road any objects or materials that could obstruct free traffic, stopping or parking, make them dangerous or damage the road. This applies to the whole road surface, which includes both the carriageway (the area for traffic) and the hard shoulders. If the load falls off by accident, the driver must remove it as soon as possible and mark the obstacle while it is there, but the road may never be used as a place to leave things on purpose.
