Correct answer
- CNo.No.
Minors who are 1.35 m tall or shorter must travel in the rear seats of the vehicle, always using an approved child restraint system suited to their height and weight. There are three exceptions in which minors below that height may travel in the front seat: 1. When the vehicle has no rear seats. 2. When all the rear seats are already occupied by minors with the same physical characteristics, so it is not possible to fit all the child seats needed at that moment. 3. When it is not possible to install child restraint systems in those seats. When minors are taller than 1.35 m, they may sit in the front seat using the adult seat belt.
