The general urban limits apply to all types of vehicle, including cars towing a trailer: on roads with two or more lanes in each direction, 50 km/h (Article 50.1.c of the RGC). Only vehicles carrying dangerous goods have a lower limit, 40 km/h, on those roads and on travesías (Article 50.4).
