On two-way urban roads, on which side of the carriageway may a car park?

Explanation
On urban roads, when parking on the carriageway, the vehicle must be placed as close as possible to its right-hand edge; only on one-way roads is the left-hand side also allowed (Article 90.2 of the General Traffic Regulations). The type of centre line does not change this rule.
