Correct answer

  • CEl autor del hecho; si es menor de 18 años, sus padres o tutores responden solidariamente de la multa. The person who committed the offence; if they are under 18, their parents or guardians are jointly liable for the fine.
Explanation

Under Article 82 of the Traffic Law, responsibility for an offence lies directly with the person who committed it. If they are under eighteen, their parents, guardians or carers are jointly liable with them for the fine, because they had a duty to prevent the offence; they do not replace the offender.
